The ASF Academy's free digital investment offers social companies a new chance to quality assure their work training. In the continuation of the Leader program, groups from companies around the country will be coached over the net. Before every opportunity, you can prepare yourself by watching a movie we have produced and between each occasion you get a task of the coach to do with the group. We will form groups with companies that have similar sales challenges

Three webinars will be conducted in approximately three months. Three people from each company participate. Each individual webinar is about two hours, with a shorter break. We expect you to put in a working day to complete the tasks.

program is divided into three parts and is based on self-study where you as a participant make use of your own time by taking part in digital films and text documents. Each part takes an estimated 20 hours to complete and ends with a joint webinar (see dates for these below). All content is available on the education platform Loops where you get login information at the start of the program.

Develop your work training together with other companies
This autumn, we want to offer former participants in Quality Assurance of Work Training / Work Rehabilitation continued support with a focus on practical challenges that may arise in the supervisor role. Together with supervisors from other ASF you will have the opportunity to reflect, review and think about challenges in your everyday life as supervisors.

We are a development project and funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). This means that it is free to participate, but you must submit a state aid form and report attendance via a special form.
